USA: "Covfefe Act", a bill to frame trump tweets

mediaAn American official has just introduced a bill entitled "Covfefe", taking again the mysterious expression used by Donald Trump in one of his tweets which had made the round of the social
networks. The objective of the text would be to frame the messages of the American president and to archive them for posterity before they are erased from the Web.This is no secret to anyone, the President of the United States is a true "twittos" compulsive. On May 30, Donald Trump wrote a strange message in which he denounced a "constantly negative press covfefe".The enigmatic term had triggered the general hilarity on the web, much to the chagrin of the White House covfefe managers who had bogged down in the explanations. Since this memorable tweet, caricatures, photomontages and even diverted songs pile social networks.Democratic MP Mike Quigley, elected from the state of Illinois in the House of Representatives, tabled the text "Covfefe Act", an acronym meaning "law on the engagement of communications on various electronic networks". The project would oblige the US National Archives to keep all US President's tweets from his personal account, even those that make no sense. This legislation, which prohibits Donald Trump from deleting his publications, seeks to introduce more transparency into the electronic communications of the White House tenant."His tweets are influential and the president must be held accountable for every message," said the Democrat on his website, recalling that Donald Trump daily addresses more than 32 million subscribers on his Twitter account. The "Covfefe Act", if passed, would allow opponents to be able to criticize the American president for his vindictive writings as well as their untimely deletions, within a legal framework.
