When you get older, our body absorbs less and less vitamins and uses them more and more badly. This is why we must increase the intake of fruit and vegetables and reduce the consumption of processed products.3- Our face is constantly exposed to various atmospheric agents. No wonder it gets older faster. Protect it with moisturizers containing UV filters.Do not expose yourself too much to the sun. In fact, our body needs twenty minutes of sunlight per day. Beyond that, one accelerates its aging.4- The best resolution is to leave your beautiful sofa and practice regular physical activity for fifteen to thirty minutes a day, at least three times a week. The movements make it possible to maintain the spine properly and thus ensure a good hold.The best sports to lose belly are: swimming, walking and aquatic gymnastics that make muscle abs smoothly, dance, courses of abdominal glutes evidently, which improve the tonicity, and also the skipping rope and the Jogging!5- Think of moisturizing the epidermis morning and evening using a nourishing night cream, which will help the skin to find its shine. Pure oils do the best to the skin. Musk rose oil and argan oil are two oils with exceptional cosmetic properties.6- You train your body and it seems normal to you? Keep your mind going all your life. The more gymnastics you do, the better your brain functions will be.
