Cameroon/SDF: Chairman Ni John Fru Ndi callls for the boycott of May 20th National day celebrations
The Chairman of the Social Democratic Front (SDF) has called on the Party faithfuls to boycott the 2017 National day celebrations across the cameroonian territory on the 20th of May. This as made known in a communiqué issued on, May 8, 2017
and signed by the National Chairman Ni John Fru Ndi.
It should be noted that the socio-political crisis that has plagued the English-speaking parts of Cameroon over the last seven months has led to the decision taken by the last SDF National Executive Committee (NEC). The party of Ni John Fru Ndi demands the release of all demonstrators incarcerated as a result of the crisis in the southwest and northwest, a return to federalism and the organization of a national dialogue for the reform of the Constitution.
