When football clubs in England are relegated, a few fans will shed tears, some might decide to boo if they’re feeling particularly angry, while others will choose to applaud their team’s players for their efforts.
When teams in Turkey are relegated, the fans set fire to the stadium.
This doesn’t happen all the time. But it did happen after Eskisehirspor suffered relegation from the Turkish Super Lig following the club’s last-ever match at Eskisehir Ataturk Stadium at the weekend.
