Cameroon: Sports Minister Bidoung Mpkatt becomes the laughing stock of social networks

President Paul Biya has congratulated the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon, vice champions of the 10th edition of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations during a reception offered by the Presidential Couple in honor of the team on 08 December 2016 at the Unity Palace.

If one particular image has caught the attention of Cameroonian internauts, it is the picture of Pierre Ismael Bidoung Mpkatt Minister of Sports and Physical Education which shows the minister graciously bowing to the presidential couple during the ceremony. Since then, several versions of the image as well as a countless restaging of the same scene have flooded social media.
